The Bulletin Board The bulletin board has arrived and is installed in the meetinghouse. It cost $160. The original agreement was to split the cost with the Quaker Heritage Center, but as it is presently installed, it is exclusively for our use. There will also be a literature rack installed in the foyer outside the meetinghouse.
There is also the matter of disposing of the old bulletin board. Ruth Dobyns can use it in the Quaker Heritage Center.
The meeting
approved assuming the whole cost of the bulletin board. The treasurer is instructed to post the expense against the “Educational Outreach” account. The meeting
approved giving the old bulletin board to the Quaker Heritage Center.
Building Security The Quaker Heritage Meetinghouse is reserved for our use every Sunday from 9:15-1200. Campus Safety will open the building by 8:45. However, it is our responsibility to ensure that the inner doors are shut properly before we leave. Friends are requested to help make sure that that the doors to the Quaker Heritage Center, the corridor and the closet are secured before we leave.
Campus Safety still has the responsibility of securing the outer doors.
